About the Role:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction. You'll lead and inspire a team, manage inventory, control costs, and uphold a positive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and staff schedules

• Hire, train, and mentor team members

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly

• Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost controls

• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards

• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service

• Drive revenue growth through promotions, events, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and inventory

• Passion for food, drinks, service, and creating a memorable guest experience

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
